Samed was very accomodating when I was going through personal issues and made it easy to work around. Also gave me amazing training to hit the ground running.

Cons

Rostering was a bit awkward at times given the system UI not being extremely clear.

Prabath was highly professionalism, delivered excellent training and support over the 2 year employment period. Samed was always available to provide guidance and mentoring, and he significantly contributed to creating a positive and supportive culture within the office.

Cons

Working overnight/after hour shifts was difficult.
