Great people, everyone is young ambitious and clever. Early ownership and great exposure to Private Equity and large buy-out deals, Interesting projects

Cons

Limited hard skills, can get repetitive if you don't progress. Not a typical 9-5 as there can be a lot of pressure. Managers can be hit or miss
