      Great culture & salary

      Pros

      Wonderful CEO who really promotes a good company culture. Managers have alot of trust in employees, and allow for hybrid working, which is great for work-life balance. Salary is also better than alot of other companies i was looking at. Fun office with pool table, snack bar regular social events.
