Young and vibrant staff Sports industry Always different and exciting Nice facilities! Amazing ownership

Cons

Owners are absent and naive Too many executives Leaders are power hungry and egotistical Ton of hours, little pay (holidays and weekends do not exist) Serious sexism, favoritism, and nepotism practiced here!!

Pros

Over the years the organization has become more flexible. Hybrid work environment, plenty of time off in the summer, and lots of fun company events. Many good people in the organization that make working at the Orlando Magic a great place. It's not perfect but would recommend it

Cons

Not good with career growth unless you are "liked". You could be unproblematic, loyal and be a hard worker but if you aren't favored by your peers then you are overlooked. Lots of people in management with zero management training or experience but are given promotions because of skills.

Good first sales job in sports. Great organization overall. If you can sell, you will make a good-living. Good people to work with.

Cons

It is a job in sports, so it is hard to be successful and have work/life balance. Your success is tied to how the team is doing.
