      The coolest job I ever had

      Pros

      I got to work on a very interesting project with amazing people. The experience I gained was invaluable.

      Cons

      Management was a bit "all over the place" and I was eventually let go immediately after requesting higher pay due to feeling that I was doing more than the work of a full-time engineer.

      Good salary. Other reps where nice to work with.

      Cons

      Awful management. Lots of turn over. New managers and leadership are awful. They came from Invisalign and ruined everything including culture.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, true culture of diversity and no bias. Some roles get fair compensation.

      Cons

      Utterly incompetent management (significant part of it), irrational pressure to squeeze out more than teams can bear and sustain, high levels of stress, culture of mediocre quality and KPIs over substance. Critical agreements are sometimes reneged on. Questionable hiring and promotional policies, but that's a result of overall incompetence.
