      Very bad, avoid like the plague

      Pros

      Nice, comfortable modern office, some very committed and knowledgeable staff. Pay not bad for area.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Very bad and unprofessional treatment of new starters who are expected to learn almost everything for themselves. Middle management is very immature and arrogant or grumpy and unapproachable. You are expected to take calls from clients without proper training and are then disciplined for not being confident or for taking too long to find product codes from a huge range of products and sizes. IT is a complete shambles with out of date, slow and confusing systems. Sales force are treated like heroes for products that almost sell themselves.

      Pros

      Very caring company, they look after their employees. There is a bit of optional travel which is great if you like travelling to Europe and around the UK. They don't impose on your personal life. They make sure you feel appreciated in your role. They also make certain you know why your role is important and treat you accordingly. The business is large enough to make you feel secure, but small enough to make changes and be friendly and inclusive.

      Cons

      The head of North Europe is located in the UK, the UK management is omnipotent and untouchable. If you do not agree with management then you need to leave the company,
