Pros
Great work hours, people you work with are pretty friendly, bosses are nice and show flexibility with you when you demonstrate to them that you're dedicated and work hard.
Cons
Very little room for growth, salary is low compared to other companies and not equal based on experience. not all employees are shown the same respect, paid time off could be better. no matter how many years you work at company, your vacation days never increase. you and the helper will make get the same days. 15 years vs 2 years- same time off. if you're sick you have to use a vacation day.
