Pros
Great people, super motivated but a bit hard to fully understand what the community is all about. You need to prove yourself and be willing to work for free a lot to be given a chance to one day lead your own project. A lot of investment in terms of time and effort, but if you make it through, totally worth it.
Cons
Hard to find a viable economic model. Takes a bit of time and getting to know your local team.
