      The customer base are amazing .

      Cons

      They don’t hold leadership accountable for poor treatment of employees Allow long term mistreatment of staff They don’t listen to concerns from staff Confidentiality of personal information is a joke Never known anyone leave on good terms yet Do not work here unless you are asking to be burned out , de-skilled and hurt so bad you can’t face finding a new job

      Executive leadership is nonexistent and completely marketing-driven. Benefits are only okay. The culture is passive-aggressive and focused on numbers and dollars.
