      Pros

      Nice people, high growth culture, remote first approach in engineering. Company is really innovating in cybersecurity awareness space and is an outlier in AI and ML use.

      None really as long as you know that it's a high growth environment

      Exciting and a real buzz, but expect to work hard!

      Pros

      The OutThink team is truly exceptional. An amazing bunch of committed, hard-working and truly knowledgable people. If you work here, expect to do the hardest and best work of your life - you'll be amongst the best, and will learn loads. The team are delving into new technologies, creating a new market segment, partnering with research institutions and funding bodies, and using the latest tools and techniques to do something truly different. The team knows they are making a difference, and real success is just around the corner. The buzz is palpable.

      Cons

      It can be hard work. For those expecting a 9-5 job, and to leave work on the desk every evening and turn off the phone, probably best not to apply to OutThink (or indeed any other high-paced start-up or scale-up). It's exciting to move fast and get stuff done, but it requires a degree of dedication and effort from the whole team, pulling together. Downtime is truly important however, and OutThink do recognise that.
