      Pros

      Awesome and friendly people to work with! You're able to complete tasks to a good level of quality without being too rushed. Team members are very easy to get a hold of when necessary.

      Cons

      Pace may be too slow for some. Some pretty big technical debt from years ago, but they've been working on improving this.
