The culture took a huge downturn, most of the staff have left or been made redundant, there is a massive blame culture and the FD does not value people, only output - the MD knows but won't address this as their skill is valued.
Not many to mention now. It has been ruined by the new owners and current leadership team.
Cons
Leadership team are not connected with reality. Many on the leadership team do not have a clue about the industry, communicate poorly and are in it for themselves.
The sale of the business a year ago is killing the UK operation. It's all about money and high margins and people are just numbers now (was not like that before the sale). Redundancies early 2022 followed later by closing all manufacturing with even more redundancies.
Remaining staff in production and offices are leaving in numbers. Long servers remaining hoping for redundancy... just ask people who work there or have recently left.
The business is US led and is interested in its US and China operations. Europe is the poor relation.
