Working at Outliant allows you to share your thoughts and ideas about projects and work in general. This way your ideas are heard and implemented where necessary. A great feedback loop Assistance on work-related issues is literally one message away. With a host of engineers willing to share their knowledge and experiences with you.

Cons

Team members with whom you have shared a bond with and built a working professional relationship might be moved to another department or project. So cherish your time working together.

Cons

You will be working late in the night as the majority of the team is based in Phillippines and you will also need to sync up with the senior management team in the US. If you enjoy having meetings at 12am GMT+8 on wed, thurs and fris (product demos to client), then join this company. You will also have very poor qualified tech leads who are contractors themselves with dubious backgrounds. Since the company makes money by employing contractors with extremely cheap rates from developing countries, don't expect the technical quality to be high. Plus you only get 9 days of PTO per year, which the company acts like its a big deal but its laughable at a decent tech firm. But again, you hired as a offshore developer so don't expect the pay and benefits to be great.
