      I'm grateful to OxeFit for all the skills and tools I gained while working here. Growth opportunities are endless if you put in the effort, and the executives all have an inspiring drive paired with great attitudes.

      Pros

      Been there for 4 years, 2025 and 2026 has taken a drastic decline. There aren't any Pros! Every day is absolutely TOXIC! Nothing but drama and gossip about how the CEO, warehouse manager and Sales fail at their job.

      Cons

      0 work culture CEO has NO idea what's happening in his company Sales team is horrible Digital footprint is horrible Warehouse "Director" and VP of Operations might be the main reason this company fails! "Director" is absolutely the worst communicator I have ever come into contact with. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!!!!!!!!
