Had nice co-workmates. Salary offered was higher than my previous company. Upto 16th month pay. HMO upto 1 dependent.
Cons
1. Too much workload. Reviewing and balancing of 11 branches for only 1 person. 2. Everyday overtime and doesn't let you claim Officer's Allowance that can be found in Employee Manual. 3. Toxic environment. Your head shouts at you when you made mistakes, either small or not; calls you up with an often disappointed tone. I felt very demotivated due to treatment. 4. Lack of manpower. 5. Their sytem was very old. Will take you 45 min to 1 hr just to finish downloading all files you need for balancing of 11 branches. 6. Not good for mental health and might worsen your eyesight due to everyday almost 10-12hrs in front of the computer. I developed anxiety, trauma, and had self-doubts due to mismanagement of staff. 7. Definitely no work-life balance.
