PCA reviews about "benefit"

Inexperienced and complacent management. No interest in improvement or cost savings. Losing money, no one seems to care…

The higher ups have a lot of ego. Several of them have been known to us employees to be unfit for the role. They also hire people that are referred to them by people they know, despite lying on their resume and having a lack of experience. They have family members of the company working high up and all senior management are really really old. It's an old fashion company.

Must be used to be overtime working everyday

Way too many salaried folks who expect everything and give nothing in return most of the time. Not transparent at all, trying to stop people talking about curtailment, when it ended up happening anyways. They keep putting people in charge who have never worked the job itself, leading to disgruntled hourly employees, especially when their voices are not heard.

Lack of pay raise when moving up in the company. Pay medical benefits fully out of pocket, Very high hours per week (60+). Always on call. Very bad communication between departments. Management.

Too many meetings, borderline micromanagement

If you’re looking for direction, support, or even basic human decency you won’t find it here anymore. What you’ll find instead is a leadership too busy playing politics and backstabbing each other to actually lead. new management controls the entire operation through fear, and favoritism. No one speaks up, because they know what happens to those who do. The “managers” are more concerned with optics than outcomes. Expect zero professionalism and a lot of finger-pointing. It’s all about survival and if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re on your own. Employees are left on their own because leadership is too worried about themselves. Stay away unless you enjoy gaslighting, chaos, and being collateral damage in someone else’s power trip.
