Pros
Until they get rid of the management and other overpaid gormless under management this place will be closed within a couple of years.
Cons
Very low pay for the responsibility you have, even the toilet cleaners get paid more than the operators. Health and safety is a joke instead of sorting out the problems they come up with so many stupid unnecessary ideas which actually make the job even harder to do, but when you have so called overpaid uni graduates that haven't done a physical day's work in their life making the rules it is doomed to close. Prisoners have more freedom than you get working for pcc, only difference being you get to go home at night and it is like a stampede to the car park to get out of the hell hole.
