Pros

Communication from management in general was consistent with the daily meetings. Dependable campus manager. Boss brought food to work pretty often, which was nice. If you have no other option, this is ok for awhile. Pay's good. 3 sick days earned after 90 days. Employees do their best every day to help out aspiring nurses.

Cons

There's no HR department, whatsoever. Your actual duties will be a lot more than described in the job description. No vacation for a year and 3 months, no PTO at all. No overtime - you need the boss's permission prior to working the hours, so clock out on time. High turnover rate (about 1.4 people a month in my 6 months there). Work week hours from 9:30-6:00, 30 minute unpaid lunch breaks M-F and every other Saturday from 8am. A great dealing of being yelled at and shamed in front of your coworkers. But if you can handle all that, the feeling that you are a part of a scam really makes the job unbearable. It isn't uncommon to get genuinely terrified prospective students backing out of the admissions process due to the mixed reviews of PCCTI's students. Try as you might to believe that it can't be that bad, I assure you, should you go in for that interview, that unsettled feeling you get while filling out the application in the reception area will clue you in. You might wait 15, 20, 25 minutes for someone to come meet you and actually do the interview. If you're like me and tolerant to a fault, you'll wait an hour before the boss shows up for the interview. Do yourself a favor and GET OUT.

Pros

There is nothing good about working

Cons

They scam their students, force you to call the same old tired call list for students over and over and want you to fill classes. You are forced to work more than 40 hrs a week and no overtime. Also the owner spends everyday yelling at staff for at least an hour.

Pros

The students were very sweet. I don't know how they did it. They worked hard and were fantastic mothers to their children and they worked full time while accomplishing their dreams.

Cons

It was a very stressful job. I feared getting fired or yelled at every time I went to work.
