Pros
Interesting work and good clients. The company is working hard to expand its client base which brings in new and interesting opportunities. The people who work here are great, and this is exemplified by the company's COO who has the most integrity of any leader I have worked for. Management doesn't play games and is transparent at all times. There is a sense that the partners truly care about their employees which is (sadly) pretty rare these days.
Cons
It's a small firm, so opportunities for advancement can be limited. However, the opportunities are there if you work for them.

Salary is horrible and not competitive, complaints fall on deaf ears, zero promotion or room for growth, way behind in industry standards and creativity.
