Pcrk group completely ruined what should have been massage envy franchises bounce back from all the hate. They do NOT respect their people. They do NOT practice care They do NOT get results They are NOT kind Specifically Steve and Sean. I never ONCE received a singular communication from Sean that wasn’t a copy and paste from someone else in the company working 10 times as hard as he does. And Steve is manipulative and the worst face for PCRK Group. He is the one you regularly see in zoom calls, and has nothing more to offer than “20% close rate” “active member gain” “get out there and do it”. He has no words of wisdom and should not be in this position when so many of the people who work within the walls are highly sensitive and empaths to their core.

Company no longer lives up to its own values. Leadership changed towards the end of 2022 and it has been a terrible downhill ride ever since. New ceo, and coo especially, will say what they think you want to hear, but operate in an entirely different manner. Everything is operated in bad faith and the company turnover has become evident of that fact.
