I worked at PHD Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The people are so lovely. Good location. Good opportunity with interesting accounts to work across.

    Cons

The senior leadership are oblivious, they are people that don’t care about staff or retention and are downright rude/dismissive. Teams are overworked Turnover is high, and people aren’t replaced meaning teams are continually stretched thin. Which resolved in more people leaving and a continuous cycle. Culture is plummeting massively, everyone at the company is looking for a new job elsewhere. It has gone downhill with the hiring of key characters that mismanage everything. Blame culture is high, and there isn’t a thankful or sorry culture. Pay is below industry standard. Bad attitudes results in a loss in morale and incentive to work. Avoid for the moment, you will hate it, you’re better else going somewhere with a structure in place

I have been working at PHD Worldwide

    Pros

+ It’s a good place to enjoy pure fakeness

    Cons

If you really consider your mental health, your career and your life don’t go here. It’s by far the worst agency I have worked for. There is no structure and the people on the top don’t care about the employees. Seriously, you won’t learn anything and you will lose your time and that’s the most precious thing we have in this live.

    Pros

Great learning oportunities Professional mentors (depending on team) Good environment and great people to work with Fun socials and events Work-life balance

    Cons

Promotions are hard to come by, even for people who has been working in the company for years and are experts and great professionals Pay rise - at the moment the company is not offering a pay rise, not even when you are promoted Pay is too low, below industry average The company is hiring unexperienced employees to pay them less, this disrupts the team and lowers the quality of the overall delivery
