Market Niche, has market dominance on genetically engineered pigs, intelligent science/staff, international company.
Cons
Low starting pay. I was part of the now defunct management trainee program where you start out on a pig farm, was never told of this experience, had to work with lots of ignorant folk in backwoods Kentucky. Witnessed lots of animal abuse, horrid conditions, OSHA violations and employees that hate college graduates and set you up for failure. HR dept also lacks integrity, many of which were laid off when the company moved to Hendersonville TN from Franklin KY. What goes around comes around.
