Leadership is Destroying this Organization

Pros

Fully remote since 2020, flexible schedule after 6 months of employment, easy to accrue PTO, decent benefits

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they’re doing, they are not dedicated to the future of the profession. 0 respect for tenured employees. If you are looking to stay here for a long time, think again. Salary is low. No opportunity to advance or make more money in the long run

Pros

Benefits were good, WFH option (later we went into office), coworkers were mostly nice

Cons

doesn't have much direction. Leadership was pretty bad, didn't seem to get thru covid very well, was a disorganized mess Always a lot of turnover.
