Don't be fooled by the fabricated 5* reviews left by the desperate marketing and brown-nosed sales team. Pirtek is a law unto itself. They don't care if they offend anyone that doesn't fit the narrative. Nothing is confidential. If you raise concerns to management or HR, it'll be gossiped about by irrelevant staff members and then held against you. There is no diversity, confidentiality or professionalism in this company.

Very easy job to do if you are able to be a robot on the phone constantly

Cons

- no progression - micromanaged - the job is very repetitive, any tiny bit of extra responsibility given makes you feel like you should be so grateful for that minuscule improvement - no HR confidentiality (discussed with manager and team leader) - high turnover
