      Pros

      The benefits are great. Low premiums for health insurance, normal vacations days, 11 holidays, PTO to use for sickness or personal appts that equals about 40h a year and extra 2 or 3 floating holidays. Tuition reimbursement is 100%. The culture is great, very corporate-like atmosphere but people are friendly and willing to help. Very stable job

      Stagnent. People stay for a long time, the work remains the same, there is no change and little growth. This may or may not be good based where you are in your career.
