      It was close to home and the pay was good.

      Cons

      The people here are toxic. Full of Job Captains that are religious fundamentals and anti vaxers. Bragging about how they are in a war against liberals and democrats, ready to die for their Trump god. They do not want to teach anything and anyone, the manager of the program only wants fully trained people and quickly torpedoes people she deems unfit to join the ranks of her favorites. It is a cult of like minded people and woe be to anyone that doesn't fit in.
