Working outdoors can be very rewarding
Cons
I have never worked in a more negative environment. The micromanagement is beyond belief. Simply put the owner trusts no one, is absolutely the smartest guy in the room, and you will never do anything to his satisfaction. They lure you in with good pay but your hours are sporadic and getting 40 in a week is rare. Save yourself the emotional drain and keep looking.

Pros
PMG was a great place to work for the summer and into the fall. It's a smaller company, so the management and owners take the time to get to know you. The work is straightforward and transparent, while allowing to learn many skills on the job.
Cons
Occasionally there were slowdowns in the amount of work available, but mostly during the winter. Even during those times, there was always something to work on.
