      Started off great and is slipping slightly

      Pros

      Flexible with time off for the most part. Enjoyable people to work with and a very smart CEO.

      Cons

      Day rates are too low to pay loggers competitively. Constantly troubleshooting equipment. Management will tell you what you want to hear to stay working and not follow through.

      Make your own schedule, plenty of days off

      long working hours, pay is not that good compared to the other people working in the rigs, no growth, long drives.

      Growing company with endless opportunities for advancement. Team environment where people come first. Management team are very honest and fair in respects to pay. Overall a wonderful place to work!

      Cons

      Growing company that has normal growing pains. There are instances when less than desired time off has been requested by management.
