Pros
I've been here 2 years and absolutely love it - it's a great place to learn, the team is super-friendly. You get to meet the best of the best from the investment world. I would particularly recommend it if you're early in your career, or seeking to downsize your work-life balance from a high pressure job. Since we cover all assets and markets and participation is warmly encouraged you can hugely grow your understanding of how all markets work, not just your own asset class. It's also a socially useful investment career, where the gains you make actually make a positive difference to society. Loads of opportunities for development and the PPF is very supportive of personal development and a very inclusive place to work.
Cons
Maybe occasionally the culture can be a bit right-on but it's a small quibble. I'm trying to think of other downsides so this reads as a balanced review but I'm struggling.
