More of a reality show than a job

Pros

A lot of events, socials and fun co workers. Good starting off role out of college to gain experience, make connections and find out who not to work for.

Cons

CEO is eccentric, everything is micro managed even though they say it isn't in the interview. Be ready for the CEO to ask "how did you earn the check I gave you today?". Constant revolving door, anyone from entry level to senior management may be let go or resign on a weekly basis, then everyone else picks up the slack or changes business models. Be prepared to play office politics / chess to align with the right people in order to succeed.

Cons

Unrealistic commission goals designed to start you, and keep you, in the hole. If ever out of the hole, commission can and likely will be withheld with the reasoning of overall company performance but in reality it is in order to pay for the extremely high overhead associated with maintaining such an expensive office which mgmt uses and the main way to attract and retain employees.

Benefits offered are great. Life insurance, medical, dental & vision - a bit pricy but deff good coverage

Cons

Management is horrible CEO Leo is a narcissist and a jerk. Plays favorites. A ton of office politics and BS around “promotions” that don’t equate raise or anything more than a “dojo belt” level up. It’s all just about being social in the office. Complete waste of time. Don’t work here
