Cons

Consider reading the following thoroughly before you apply to PRISM+: Language Barriers: Communication challenges due to language differences often lead to misunderstandings and inefficiencies. Slow Response Times: Delays in decision-making and issue resolution from higher management can be frustrating and hinder productivity. Unclear Product Information: The website lacks clarity on product benefits, which can confuse both employees and customers. Longer Working Hours: Extended operational hours due to insufficient staffing, leading to employee burnout. Low Salary Rates: Compensation is below industry standards, likely due to the company’s reluctance to invest in adequate staffing. Public Shaming of Former Employees: Management publicly criticizes ex-employees, creating a negative and unprofessional atmosphere. This company operates primarily on a freelance basis without formal contracts, which allows them to terminate employees without prior notice. Additionally, they publicly announce the reasons for termination, often without the knowledge or consent of the affected employee. Favoritism Toward Low Performers: High-performing employees feel undervalued as management prioritizes and rewards underperforming staff. Unproductive Meetings: Discussions often devolve into personal attacks (ad-hominem) rather than constructive, open-forum dialogue. Unprofessional Management: Leadership lacks professionalism, leading to poor decision-making and a toxic work environment. Lack of Recognition and Support in the Workplace: The company does not hold performance huddles or acknowledge employees for their efforts in achieving high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores. Instead, team leaders and supervisors focus solely on pointing out employees' mistakes, often pressuring them about their faults without offering constructive feedback or support.
