Owners and most managers are horrible people who don't care about the average employees at all. People get fired for no reason all the time. Someone got fired for telling the owner, a big MU supporter, that they were a KU fan. They were fired the following week. The company does a lot of unethical things. They've been investigated by the government several times but they never seem to find anything. My advice to the government is to keep looking. No promotions except maybe a different title, with no extra responsibility or raise to go with it. You could be an account manager, ask for a raise, and get a Sr account manager title instead and feel like you got something. You didn't.

The company is disorganized, unreliable, dishonest and misleading. There are no established methods or procedures in place making everything utter chaos. The company, employees and work environment is inconsistent, nothing is cohesive and management is utterly useless. They without a doubt put the "I" in team and (as mentioned in previous reviews) there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everything is discretionary depending on who you are speaking with and there are no processes or standards in place to keep things unified and consistent. Even processes which have been "implemented" change on a weekly to monthly basis or are unused/unenforced and therefore essentially ineffective. It is a volatile and unpredictable work environment where not only are morals and ethics lacking but their true colors are hidden by a facade of fancy buildings, brochures, titles and trade show booths.
