      Pros

      Good support structure, mgmt provides the team all the necessary tools to be successful. Awesome team that works together while competitively bringing out the best in each other.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a negative, but being a smaller company we sometimes have too much business and not enough hours in the day. I guess it's better to be busy than bored!

      good atmosphere, descent pay, ability to work hard and be recognized. Able to easily consult upper management about problems or issues, and in most cases will be quickly resolved.

      Cons

      Small company, somewhat limited ability to grow internally. Susceptible to downsizing and reorganizing of employees and cutting least valuable members.
