Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and are glad to learn that you enjoy working with your PRS colleagues and our great flexible working opportunities. I especially love our flexi-start and finish times and socialising at our fun events (albeit virtually of late). At PRS one of our key values is inclusion and we are committed to ensuring that our employees have equal access to growth and development opportunities. This year we have made great strides to build on our current diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure we are a truly diverse, inclusive and anti-racist organisation at every level. We have recently brought our employees together by hosting some listening focus groups sessions, where employees can share their lived experiences and feedback their ideas on what we need to do next and we are excited for the changes that are to come.
