      ** lovely, talented, passionate people (they're amazing to work with!!) - the bosses / managers (even our CEO!) are all pretty nice and chill - great place to grow and develop your skills (personally and professionally) - SG office is conveniently located right at the heart of CBD! - HYBRID WORKING!!

      Cons

      - workload can be overwhelming (manpower / budget issue?) = burnout easily if not coped well - benefits / wellness / flexibility / autonomy to staff can be improved
