      Get to go to endless shows Work less than 40 hours a week Get to work on lots of cool clients

      Cons

      Low pay, 5 days a week in office with no commuter benefits. Have their share of abusive tenured managers and virtually no HR. The job is just boring accounting and very little of the glamorous side of the music industry
