The Rotational Leadership Development Program at PTC has been a valuable way to start my career. The learning opportunities and training have helped me graduate the program well-equipped to succeed in the company and in this industry. Rotating through four different teams across the business segments gives you a holistic view of the company.
Cons
Each rotation is 6-months, so you need to be prepared to onboard yourself with self-starting initiative and close projects on-time.
