      - WFH forever; literally not required to go to office any day - Management has genuine care to its employees - It's easy to file a leave here. I've been working for 2 years and have never had a leave request declined or questioned. You can even file for a leave for an extended period. - Competitive compensation & benefits including health insurance, allowances, and paid time off. - Work-life balance

      - You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Working from home can sometimes make communication challenging.
