Pros

Values efforts made by employees. Cares about clients, essentially protecting both who we work for and all of us employed. Proud to be apart of a team.

Cons

Renovations are soon to be over, but as always never soon enough. First world problems, lol 😉

Ok place to work

Pros

Flexible schedule. Wash bay attendant means you don’t have to wash your own truck.

Cons

Extremely low pay for the industry. Too much paperwork. Heavy handed BBO program - twice a month you’re evaluated. Over supervised. Terrible shop - equipment takes forever to get fixed and they just don’t seem to care. One of the tank dispatchers is a real MOFO to work for. They continually download everything onto the drivers that the office doesn’t want to deal with. This adds to the pain in the butt factor. Also don’t work here if you ever want a promotion. You’ll be a grunt forever. 90 to 100 hours a week making garbage wages for life with supervisors hanging over your shoulder. The RRSP matching is a joke and they charge you for your benefits.
