      I can't say anything nice about this place.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional. Management talking about employees behind their backs. A lot of negativity and nepotism within the branch. Not a place to work if you want to grow professionally. No cleaning crew for the office. Nasty!

      Use to be an awesome place to call home.

      Within the past year we’ve seen the only the best Branch Managers leave. The Managers that have been so successful they’ve won several awards in recent years. These are the Mangers leaving!! Over the last couple years corporate has adopted a plan and direction from our largest competitor that failed so horribly for them, they changed directions and came up with new game plan. Everyone in the industry saw how it failed for this competitor, but Pac Van is mirroring it. Pac Van even went as far as copying their idea for the yearly calendar!!! Pay is not inline with industry, which was fine due to positive atmosphere.

      Solid commission plan, good product selection, freedom to manage your territory

      Cons

      VERY low base salary, zero transparency regarding commissions, does the exact same thing as their competitors when it comes to project in territory, some poor quality product, low talent in branches due to extreme low pay scale, did i mention abysmal salary?
