Pros

It's a flexible work week generally. Living in Salt Lake city is very easily affordable. Randy is awesome.

Cons

A lot of the student are involuntary placed into the program and are hard to work with. Randy is more behind the scenes. Billy the hands on person can be hard to work with.

Pros

Time with a couple awesome young adults. They had their reasons to be there...but some of the memries and convos made Pacia bearable.

Cons

Program over promises and under delivers. Families continue to enroll and pay, for what? Hired to mentor, no training, no guidance, no support from "clinical coaches" or the local or corporate "leadership"... not sure how this company has decent reviews. Are they legitimate? Not likely. More will speak up eventually. It took me 2+ years to decide to do so. If reading this ... you deserve to know.

Randy is a smart and caring guy, and some of the students and their parents are great people and wonderful to know.

Cons

Company is too driven by profits for management, as well as a bit of an identity crisis.
