      Great steppingstone but not a forever job

      HR is very flexible and accommodating Pretty good raises Attorneys and supervisors work from home

      Cons

      If you’re good at your job you are rewarded with more work. Terrible bonuses. Burn out is real here. They lay off people in bulk, massive turnover.
