Pros
If you are a junior developer, Padtec is a great company to start building your skills. Overall, the colleagues are all very helpful and have a good sense of teambuilding.
Cons
I don't know if this could be a con, but to have some career evolution, you must have to dig in the optical equipment's world. Being only good at software will not get you any further. Also the pay is slightly bellow the market standard.
