      Pros

      The team makes Pagoda Projects the best company. Everyone is very supportive and genuinely wants to help each person grow in their skills and employability.

      Cons

      Can take some time during the interview process to make a decision and as it is a small company, the salary is not the best BUT the supportive team and flexible work-life balance makes up for this.

      Brilliant colleagues and support always available. Plenty of chances to grow and develop ideas. Good benefits. Good management. Exciting young company with bug ambitions.

      No real cons to working with pagoda. Difficult pandemic circumstances affected several employees badly.
