      Pros

      They are a good company to work for with good ethical values. The people are smart, supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Their onboarding process needs work. There is inconsistency in how people are brought on and trained in the processes of the company.

      Hard to beat in the agency world

      Pros

      Openness and honesty from senior and middle management. Flexibility and encouragement to pursue life activities, and a recognition that we're all human. Never treats its employees like children.

      Cons

      Slow to change and adapt, poor IT infrastructure makes accomplishing work difficult to very difficult depending on the day and time, lack of structure on teams. Process for decision-making can be very slow as its very inclusive. Don't provide laptops to even senior staff which can make travel difficult and greatly reduces productivity.
