      Company does not care about their Employees

      Pros

      On Site Management is great.

      Cons

      Cooperate does not care about its employees. They will intentionally oversell rooms increase revenue while leaving the Employees to deal with the backlash from guests. Pay is at the bottom end of pay for hotels in Seattle. Your schedule will never be reliable at all constantly changes due to lack of staff and call outs. Standards are not upheld at all.

      Pros

      Management at individual properties rocks.

      Cons

      Corporate is the epitome of form over function. They don’t seem to grasp how hotels actually work, and hemorrhage money on things that don’t make sense. To compound the issue, they do not show appreciation for their teams. They have no love for the people on the ground who make their hotels actually run.

      Pros

      Easy job once you get the hang of having a five different job duties.

      Cons

      terrible management, zero growth opportunities, low pay for the work load, no auto gratuity, consistently low staffed, constant changes with zero additional training. Company doesn’t care about your well being.
