The pay is very good

The Management, the politics, the backstabbing, the lack of an escalation point even though there is a manager above you. The idea that throwing a staff member to the proverbial wolves is seen as the norm. If your face doesn't fit, you're doomed...certain people are almost treated Godlike, but their failings are blatantly obvious to people not wearing rose tinted glasses.
