Pros

Recognition, free products, free trips, fun, social, food and a great bunch of people to work with. Choose your hours, set your goals and run with it. A positive attitude and positive work ethic make for a positive career.

Cons

I find it so difficult to come up with cons, apart from the fact that some people expect success without putting in any effort.

Flexible, Sociable, Recognition & Incentives, Be your own boss, Free Training & Support. Pampered Chef gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings and grow your personal business if the desire is there.

Cons

To me this is the perfect job, so it is hard for me to find the cons, however some people find that because there is no basic salary, this could be a con,ie, don't work don't get paid.
