      Awesome if cats are your passion, but be ready for non-profit burnout.

      Pros

      A cause you can feel passionate about and wonderful colleagues.

      Cons

      -Understaffed & under-resourced; you will do 5 jobs' worth of work and risk burn out if you don't have strict boundaries. -Senior leadership is out of touch with realities on the ground and unwilling to make changes at top levels.

      Good salary & fully remote

      Cons

      Unorganized, there’s no culture, they don’t help employees to improve, they just fired people without checking anything, management don’t take advices when is being told the practices they are using are wrong, they just keep doing it wrong.
