No micromanaging. They treat you like an adult. Staff is friendly.

Cons

Rules are constantly changing. I have been with the company for almost three years and it feels like office staff is constantly being moved around. That leads to a lot of confusion and frustration.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Low Pay. Overtime is crucial to make a decent check. You do not get paid for the extra days the contract company shuts down for unless you use Vacation time
